1. Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PDT on a Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
- Currently, ArianeG primarily ships to addresses within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to our processing time:
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping address.
- Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (where available):
- Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your delivery address.
- Any current shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping over a certain order value) will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Issues & Damages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
