At ArianeG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. We understand that choosing a scent can be a personal experience, and sometimes it’s not quite what you expected. Please review our return policy carefully.


General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, seals, and cellophane intact. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances, body mists, hair mists, roll-on perfume oils, solid perfumes, scented lotions, and shower gels cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. This policy ensures the safety and quality of products for all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call us at +1 (863) 359-6547. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
